The packaged whole package of wipes is transported to the vision system through the conveyor line for visual recognition and positioning.

Manually place the unlabeled wipes in the storage tank as required. The automatic feeding device will automatically push 2 covers to the cover conveying line each time.

Manually clamp the whole plate of label in the label wheel, and put the beginning position of the label paper according to the actual path for standby.

The cover is transported to the labeling position, and the detection sensor starts the labeling operation according to the actual position of the cover.

When the labeled cover is transported to the end station of the cover conveying line, the in place sensor will send a signal to the robot for grasping. The robot grabs the cover and cooperates with the gluing machine according to the set path for gluing, and finally completes the gluing operation.
